O ‘Caldeirão com Mion’ desembarcou na Bahia, a convite de Carlinhos Brown, para homenagear os 40 anos de Axé Music. Marcos Mion foi recebido em dois dias de shows promovidos pelo anfitrião no Candyall Guetho Square, em Salvador. Os registros serão apresentados no especial ‘Setlist Axé 40’ em dois programas, que serão exibidos nos dias 1º e 8 de março, na semana do Carnaval, e vão relembrar as canções que marcaram épocas na trajetória do gênero.
“Associar a energia, tradição e espírito do Candyall à energia e propósito do Caldeirão é um encontro que deixa todos nós empolgados pra ver como vai ser! A história do Axé Music tem que ser contada, celebrada e vivida. É uma honra pra gente do Caldeirão fazer parte disso. Celebrar esse ritmo que transcendeu a música é celebrar a cultura brasileira”, comemora Mion.
Ivete Sangalo, Daniela Mercury, Durval Lelys, Claudia Leitte, Emanuelle Araújo, Timbalada, Olodum, Ricardo Chaves, Marcio Vítor, Carla Visi, Marcia Freire e Sarajane, foram alguns dos artistas participantes. “A ideia de convidar o Caldeirão surgiu por ver que o programa tem se voltado a encontros culturais, dando visibilidade à cultura brasileira. Então, quando eu os vi no Nordeste com um belo cenário, na temporada de verão, pensei: por que não fazer algo na Bahia? Daí, o Geninho (Simonetti, diretor artístico do programa) me convidou para participar, eu comentei que o Axé fazia 40 anos, fomos trocando e vimos essa possibilidade de aproveitar esse show com vários amigos. Estou muito feliz”, comenta Brown.
A previsão de exibição na TV é no mês de fevereiro. O Especial Setlist se consagrou em um formato com programa inteiramente dedicado à música, revisitando histórias pessoais e profissionais de grandes estrelas. Nomes como Djavan, Fábio Junior, Caetano Veloso, Maria Bethânia e Gilberto Gil já foram homenageados no palco do Caldeirão.
